‘Aarogya Setu App’ becomes mandatory for all employees of e-commerce companies, this is the reason

new Delhi. During the coronavirus epidemic, it will be mandatory for all employees of e-commerce companies to download the ‘Aarogya Setu App’ to operate during the coronavirus epidemic. Its responsibility has been given to the Chief Operating Officers (COOs) of e-commerce companies. Apart from this, many other standard operating procedures have been put in the draft rules designed for the operation of e-commerce companies.

According to the draft, “the purpose of these procedures is to provide information related to cleanliness and other health safety standards at the workplace in the entire supply chain of e-commerce companies”.

It will be the responsibility of the Chief Operating Officers of e-commerce companies to get the ‘Arogya Setu’ app compulsorily downloaded in the phone of every employee of the company. Also ensure strict adherence to community distance and hygiene rules. Similarly, it will be the responsibility of the vendors, warehouses or management of sales operations at the regional level to show symptoms like cough, cold, fever or difficulty in breathing. Get employees checked on giving. Managers must inform the nearest hospital after any symptoms are seen in any employee.

If an employee is found infected with the corona virus, then that place has to be vacated immediately and all the belongings etc. have to be left isolated. According to the draft, top officials of companies at the central level will be responsible for bringing these rules down to the bottom and training the employees.
