Spammers have created a similar fake UPI ID ‘pmcare @ sbi’, which is confusing people while donating. If you look carefully, ‘s’ is missing in fake ID. In this case, keep this fineness in mind while donating and give the donation only on the correct UPI ID.
Why is UPI important?
There is a UPI ID link with every account. Whenever you set up a UPI ID for a bank account, a unique ID is created. So if someone asks you to add money to your account, then you have to give your correct ID. There is a risk of money being sent to an unknown account due to wrong spelling or wrong ID.
