Amid lockdown, some couples have married online, for which video conferencing platform is being resorted to. In this, all rituals of mehndi, music are being done online.
People were invited online. The pandit who got married also chanted the mantras online. To avoid breaking the rules of lockdown, online marriage was created. Avinash of Madhya Pradesh said that we had planned to get married in Satna with pomp, in which more than 8000 guests were expected to come.

But all kinds of things changed due to the lockdown. We did not want our marriage to proceed from April. So we thought about online marriage. We are married to Hindu customs online. We are very happy with this. Susheen from Mumbai and Kirti from Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh got married online on 19 April. Susheen says that even if the lockdown ends after the next few days. We did not want to wait for our marriage. Therefore, as a responsible citizen, we felt that this is a better way to maintain a social distancing. It was a great idea and it is a matter of pride for us to be a part of it.

Under this service, all the guests joined online through the Zoom App and the rounds were also taken online. Not only this, drums and drums were also arranged online in this wedding.
