>> For this, first open WhatsApp. In it, you will see three dots on the right. Tap on it. >> Clicking here you will see many options, out of which you have to select New Broadcast.

>> After this, you have to select all their contacts to whom you want to send the message. But keep in mind that you should have their number to whom you want to send the message. When your list is complete, click on the green tick. Now you will have a list ready with you, in which you can send a message to all the people simultaneously.
