Petrol-Diesel Price Today: New rate of petrol and diesel released, know what was the effect on prices

Petrol-Diesel Price TodayAfter the fluctuating crude oil prices, everyone’s interest remains in the rates of petrol and diesel. There has been no difference in the rates of petrol and diesel for more than three and a half months. According to the new rates released by the oil companies today, the prices of petrol and diesel remain stable.

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had said a long time ago that the tax imposed on crude oil, petrol-diesel and aircraft fuel will be reviewed by the government every 15 days. After his statement, the rate of petrol and diesel was expected to decrease, but despite the steep fall in the prices of crude oil, there has been no difference in the prices so far.

Slight rise in crude oil prices

If we look at the prices of crude oil in the international market, it has registered a significant decline in recent times. In the international market on Sunday, the price of Brent crude was at $ 92.84 per barrel while the rate of WTI crude was at $ 86.79 per barrel. On Monday, the price of WTI crude fell to $ 86.05 per barrel and Brent crude to $ 92.19 per barrel. On Tuesday, there was a slight rise in it and the price of Doubt Ti crude reached $ 87.87 per barrel. At the same time, Brent crude was seen at $ 94.08 per barrel.

Experts are expecting a fall in the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 2 to 3 per liter due to the recent fall in crude oil prices. However, the oil companies have not yet taken any step in this direction. Oil consumers expect a big step in this direction soon.
