Bumper vacancy for 700 posts of Forest Inspector, application starts from this date, know process

UPSSSC Forest Inspector Recruitment: Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has invited applications for recruitment to the posts of Forest Inspector in the Forest Department. The application process for these posts will start from October 17, while the last date for submission of application and fee is November 6. A total of 701 posts of Forest Inspector will be filled under this vacancy. The last date for making corrections and fee adjustments in the application is November 13. Let us tell you that the candidates for the main examination will be selected on the basis of the score of Preliminary Qualifying Test (PET)-2021. At the same time, the commission has issued an advertisement for this.

• According to Avnish Saxena, Secretary, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, the application process will be online, which will be done through the official website of the commission, upsssc.gov.in. It is noteworthy that only the candidates who will appear in the PET 2021 for the application will be eligible for the Forest Inspector Recruitment. Candidates will have to pay Rs.25 as online application fee. Whereas the candidates shortlisted for the main exam will have to pay a separate examination fee, which will have to be paid before downloading the admit card for the main exam.

• Who can apply?

• Candidate applying for the post of Forest Officer should have a graduate in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Forestry, Geology, Agriculture, Statistics, Environmental Science or Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized institute in the relevant subject. OR Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science.

• Physical examination

• Height of a male in physical examination should be 163 cm, chest expansion should be 84 cm and expansion should be 5 cm. Height for female should be 150 cm, chest should be 79 cm and spread is 5 cm. For SC, Gorkha, Nepali, Garhwali and Kumaoni people, the height of male has been kept at 152.5 cm and that of female is 145 cm. Male candidates will have to walk 25 km in 4 hours and 14 km for women in the same duration.
