Reaction on Gyanvapi Case Update: The decision of the court in the Gyanvapi Masjid-K Shringar Gauri case in Varanasi came in favor of the Hindu side on Monday (12 September 2022). The court has declared the matter worthy of hearing. Let us tell you, the verdict was pronounced by the judge of Varanasi District Court Ajay Krishna Vishwesh. Brajesh Pathak- Decision according to the sentiments of the people

On the same issue, another Deputy CM of UP, Brajesh Pathak said, ‘The court has given a very good decision. Decision is made according to the feelings of the people. That is why there is a wave of happiness across the state. There have been many calls so far that made me happy. It is their right. But, we will respect the verdict and strengthen the law and order situation in the state. He said these things while talking to the media.

Kumar Vishwas – ‘Kankar-Kankar my Shankar..’

What did the court say?

Let us tell you that on behalf of the Hindu side, a demand was made to allow regular worship at other religious places including Shringar Gauri located in Gyanvapi Campus. At the same time, the Muslim side had sought dismissal of this case, arguing that it was not maintainable in the court. The court said in its decision, ‘Under Order-07 Rule-11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the matter can be heard.
