He had said that he is the personal secretary of an MP from Andhra Pradesh. However, a ministry official suspected this person and informed the Mumbai Police. After this this person was arrested from Dhule in Maharashtra. Police said 32-year-old Hemant Pawar was seen walking around Shah and other politicians at the official residence of Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis on Monday. A ministry official noticed Pawar mingling with politicians whom he did not recognize. When asked about his identity, he claimed that he was the PA of an Andhra MP. “Pawar was wearing an MHA ribbon and hence no one raised any doubts,” said a cop. Not convinced, Mantralaya officials contacted the police, who traced Pawar within three hours of the incident and arrested him.
