NIA Raid: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has conducted raids across the country on the Popular Front of India (PFI) and its associated wires. There has been a stir due to the all-round action of NIA. This action of the National Investigation Agency has happened in the case of terror funding and running terror camps. Let us tell you that for some time NIA has registered more than a dozen cases in this case, in which the link of PFI has been found. The Enforcement Directorate i.e. ED, NIA and State Police have arrested more than 100 people associated with PFI in different cases. These arrests have taken place in more than 10 states.

In this episode, the latest raids of the NIA have also taken place in Shaheen Bagh in the national capital Delhi and Indira Nagar in Lucknow. According to the information, many people associated with PFI have been arrested in this raid.

According to the information, explosives have been recovered from the PFI suspects who have been picked up from Lucknow. Important information has also been received in the interrogation of the suspects. Sources say that these suspected terrorists had also conducted a recce of the assembly a few days ago. They were planning a big scandal in Lucknow. His motive was to spread panic in the capital Lucknow. ATS has arrested them with the help of NIA.

One suspect arrested from Lucknow

NIA and ED raids are going on at Popular Front of India (PFI) locations in 10 states of the country. A suspected terrorist has also been arrested with important documents from Indira Nagar in Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. The states where the raids took place are Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Rapid action of NIA is going on in these states.

PFI office sealed in Hyderabad, protests begin

PFI office in Hyderabad has been sealed. Raids have been conducted at 50 locations of PFI in Kerala. More than 100 people have been arrested so far. At the same time, protests have also started in many states against this raid. Let us tell you that this raid is taking place regarding terrorist connections and funding. This is the reason why NIA and ED officers are taking this action simultaneously in 10 states.

Central agencies have a long-standing eye on PFI

In the raids being conducted against PFI, investigation is being told about its involvement in terrorist activities and funding. This is not the first time that swift action has taken place at PFI offices. Even before this, raids have been conducted at their places. The name of PFI keeps coming up continuously to spoil the atmosphere in the country and the states. Be it the long-running agitation in Shaheen Bagh regarding CAA, NRC or the case of inciting violence in Hathras of Uttar Pradesh or the violence in Kanpur, the investigation agencies have been getting evidence of the involvement of this organization. PFI is known to spoil the atmosphere of the country and the state by spending huge amount on such occasions and evidence has been found many times.

What is PFI?

Popular Front of India (PFI) is an Islamic organization. Although this organization tells itself to raise the voice of the backward, minorities, but their motive is more known for spoiling the atmosphere in the country. It was established in the year 2006. The PFI was established as the successor of the National Development Front (NDF).

Strong penetration in Kerala

This organization is strongest in Kerala. It is considered to have deep penetration in Calicut, Kerala. However, its headquarters is said to be Shaheen Bagh of Delhi. Where there was a movement against CAA, NRC for more than 100 days. Most of its activities revolve around Muslims being a Muslim organization. PFI has spread to 24 states of the country. Somewhere the number of their workers is more, but somewhere they are now engaged in expanding themselves here. The demand for ban on PFI has been raised in many states including Uttar Pradesh. UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya has also demanded a ban on it.
