Odisha, Goa and Konkan region are also likely to receive heavy rains till September 11. There is no chance of rain in the national capital Delhi during the next four-five days. There will definitely be clouds in the capital but there is no chance of rain.

Heavy rain expected in many states

According to meteorologists, light to moderate rain with light to moderate rain may occur at some places in Karnataka and Kerala during the next 24 hours. Heavy rain has also been predicted in some areas of Madhya Maharashtra, Konkan and Goa, Lakshadweep and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain with one or two places is likely to occur over Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Vidarbha and Madhya Pradesh.

Light to moderate rain may occur over Northeast India, Bihar, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim and parts of Coastal Andhra Pradesh. Light rain is very likely over South Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Gangetic West Bengal.

Three states of South India, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu are expected to receive heavy rain today. The Meteorological Department says that there will be rain in the state from Thursday and this period of rain may continue till September 11. Heavy rains in coastal Karnataka areas on Thursday and Friday can increase the trouble for the people.

The city of Bangalore has been affected the most due to heavy rains. Rain in Bangalore has broken the 90-year record. People had to face a lot of problems in commuting as all the areas of the capital were submerged. People have been forced to resort to boats and tractors in many areas. People’s anger has erupted due to heavy water logging in low-lying areas as well as in Pash areas. People are taking out a lot of anger against the government and government officials regarding this. In such a situation, the forecast of the Meteorological Department is going to increase the concerns of the people.

There will also be rain in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra

The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of heavy rain in East Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh today. There is also a possibility of bad weather in many areas of Maharashtra. According to weather experts, there is a possibility of rain in Marathwada and Vidarbha areas of Maharashtra till September 11. There is also a possibility of rain in Odisha, Goa and Konkan region till September 11.

Weather experts say that the cyclonic circulation over the Bay of Bengal may soon turn into a low pressure area. Due to this, a new round of heavy rains has been predicted in Odisha. There is a possibility of rain today in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh and Patna, the capital of Bihar.

There is no chance of rain in the capital Delhi

The weather is likely to remain dry in the capital Delhi for the next four-five days. The Meteorological Department says that during this time there may be clouds in Delhi but there is no possibility of rain. Delhi has received the lowest rainfall in the last 14 years during the month of August.

Even during the month of September, Delhi is yet to see the blessings of monsoon. So far in the month of September, Delhi has received only 8.8 mm of rain. During the entire month of August, Delhi had received 41.6 mm of rain.
