The weather is likely to remain bad in Kerala, drenched with rain for the last several days. During this, heavy rains have been predicted in many districts of the state. The Meteorological Department says that there is a possibility of good rains in Karnataka, Marathwada, Vidarbha, Manipur, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Meghalaya and Rajasthan. Rains will continue in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand even today. Intermittent rains have been predicted in the capital Delhi till August 8.

Chances of rain in these states

During the next 24 hours, there is a possibility of good rain in different states of the country. According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rain at isolated places is very likely over Kerala, Karnataka, Marathwada, parts of Vidarbha and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Good rains may also occur over Manipur, Meghalaya, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. There is a possibility of heavy rain at some places in these regions.

Light to moderate rain is very likely to keep people in Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, parts of Uttar Pradesh, Odisha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema, Madhya Maharashtra and Konkan and Goa. Light rain is expected over Delhi, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Jammu and Kashmir, rest of Northeast India, Coastal Odisha, Saurashtra and Kutch.

Clouds will rain heavily in Kerala

There will be widespread rain in Rajasthan

Weather experts say that there is a possibility of widespread rain in different districts of the state on Friday as well. During this, there may be moderate rains in some areas, but people of some areas may have to face heavy rains. Strong winds are also expected during the rains.

Meanwhile, due to heavy monsoon rains in Rajasthan, rivers and streams have overflowed. Traffic on various routes has also been affected due to heavy rains in many districts. Monsoon has been very kind in Rajasthan this time. The state has received record breaking rains during the month of July. During the last 66 years, Rajasthan had not received so much rain in the month of July.

Rain in Delhi till August 8

The weather turned pleasant due to rain in the capital Delhi and NCR on Wednesday and Thursday and people got relief from the heat. According to weather experts, intermittent rains will continue in the capital Delhi till August 8. According to the Meteorological Department, the Monsoon Trough is moving from the foothills of the Himalayas towards Central India and its result will be seen in the form of rain in Delhi during the next few days. The minimum temperature of Delhi will also drop during this period.

The condition of UP, Bihar and Jharkhand

In recent times, there has been a lot of activity of monsoon in UP. The effect of rain has been seen in East Uttar Pradesh and other parts of the state. Even today, there is a possibility of rain in many districts of the state. The Meteorological Department has predicted light to moderate rain. Rains will continue in Bihar and Jharkhand as well. However, there is no possibility of heavy rain in these two states.
