For this you will need carrots and water. First, peel and grate the carrots. After that cook it in boiling water. Cook it till it becomes soft. After that blend it in the blender. Make a puree of it. After that feed the baby. You can also use beetroot to make this puree.
Cut banana into small pieces in a bowl. Mash them well. You can feed the baby by adding a little milk to it.
Moong Dal Soup

Take some fresh green peas. Wash them thoroughly and boil them in boiling water. Add a pinch of salt to this water as well. Boil them till they become soft. After this mash the peas. After that feed the baby.
Cook the porridge and moong dal well with a whistle. Take it out in a bowl and let it cool. Mash it well. After that feed it to the child. If you have not used lentils in porridge, then you can add milk to it and feed it to the baby.
