Mandsaur - It is located in Madhya Pradesh.  It is said that this was the maternal uncle of Ravana's wife.  It is believed to be the in-laws of Ravana.  Therefore, in this respect, the effigy of Ravana is not burnt here.  Ravana is worshiped here.
