Take one and a half cup of chickpeas in a bowl. Add half a cup of onion to it. Add a cup of cucumber to it. Add 1 cup tomato, some chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon olive oil, half teaspoon lemon juice, black pepper to taste and salt as per taste. Mix all these things and serve. This is how chickpea salad will be ready. It is very healthy and tasty.
Tofu is made using soy milk. It is rich in protein. To make this, heat half a teaspoon of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add 4 chopped garlic in it. Fry it till it becomes light golden. Turn off the gas. Take a big bowl. Spread lettuce in it. Now put 10 to 15 pieces of tofu in the bowl. Add two chopped tomatoes to it. Add roasted garlic over it. Mix it well. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons mirin, 2 tablespoons sesame oil over it. Put some lettuce on it and mix it well. Now serve it.
Take a big bowl. Add one and a half cup moong dal sprouts to it. Boil them in hot water for 6 minutes. After that filter it. Let them cool down well. After this, add sprouts, half a cup of chopped onions and tomatoes in the bowl. Add less than half a cup of carrots to it. Add half a cup of cucumber. Add some chopped coriander leaves. Mix all these things well. Now in another bowl add olive oil, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice. Mix them well. Pour dressing over salad. Add half a cup of pomegranate. Add 2 tbsp roasted peanuts and green coriander in it. Toss the salad. Now serve it.
