These days, due to the busy schedule, a person feels mentally very tired.  Due to this, the problem of headache and tension has to be faced.  In such a situation, yoga can also be done regularly.  These help in reducing stress.

Balasana - Sit in Vajrasana.  Now lean forward.  The forehead should touch the ground.  Extend the hands forward.  Stay in this posture for some time.  Take a deep breath.  This asana helps to calm the mind.  This asana helps in reducing stress.
