Chicken Sticks Recipe

  • First of all, take 300 grams of chicken and wash it thoroughly. After washing the chicken, cut it into thin and long pieces.

  • After the fries turn golden, take them out in a plate. After this, add black pepper powder, garlic powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, celery powder and salt as per requirement in a bowl. Now your peri peri masala is ready.
  • You can store the peri-peri masala in an airtight container for up to a month and use it to add flavour to other snacks as well.
