Melbourne: The spectators are expected to be allowed to enter the stadium in the upcoming Boxing Day Test to be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) between India and Australia (IND vs AUS). This has been possible because Victoria State chief Daniel Andrews has decided to relax the lockdown after Corona’s cases plummeted.

Victoria State chief Daniel Andrews said, ‘Boxing Day is a different test. I am very sure that the audience will get entry on the MCG ground in the Boxing Day Test match. I do not know how many viewers can get admission, but there will be audience and work is being done in this direction.
When India last toured Australia in 2018-19, they retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by winning the third Test at the MCG under the captaincy of Virat Kohli. On Australia tour, India has to play 3 T20, 3 ODIs and 4 matches Test series from 27 November 2020 to 19 January 2021.
It is believed that limited overs matches will be played in Sydney and Canberra. According to the temporary schedule of matches on India’s tour of Australia, the first 2 ODIs will be held on 27 and 29 November while the third ODI will be played in Sydney on 1 December. At the same time, the first T20 will be played on 4 December in Canberra.
After this, both teams will return to Sydney for the last 2 T20 matches to be held on 6 and 8 December. After the limited overs series, both teams will play the first Test match in Adelaide from December 17 to 21. The second Test match will be played after this.
