Vishwanath said that there will be no camp in Chennai before the CSK players leave for the UAE. The remaining tournaments of IPL 2021 will be held in UAE from September 19. In May, the tournament was postponed midway after cases of corona virus infection occurred in a biologically safe environment.
CSK’s first match on 19 September
After this, the BCCI decided to organize the rest of the matches in the UAE, which had earlier successfully organized IPL 2020. CSK will start their campaign on 19 September against Mumbai Indians. Before the league was suspended, Dhoni’s team was second with 10 points from seven matches.
