new Delhi: Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is celebrating his 32nd birthday today. He was born on 6 December 1988 in Jamnagar (Gujarat), Gujarat. He has played 49 Tests, 168 ODIs and 50 T20 Internationals for India. He is currently out of the T20 series against Australia due to a head injury.

In 2009, Ravindra Jadeja made his debut on behalf of Team India, since then he has been making a mark in international cricket with his ball and bat. Here we are referring to the selected matches in which he proved to be a troubleshooter for Team India.

2014 against New Zealand (IND vs NZ)

Then Ravindra Jadeja scored a brilliant 90 runs and together with Ravichandran Ashwin, brought the team score to 417 runs. In this way, India got a lead of 134 runs. Jadeja was awarded the ‘Man of the Match’ award for this innings. India won this match by 8 wickets.

Against Australia in the year 2020 (IND vs AUS)

The latest case is of the T20 match played on 4 December. 5 wickets of Team India, who came out to bat first, had fallen on the score of 92 runs. In such a situation, Ravindra Jadeja once again took the front and scored 44 runs in 23 balls with the help of 5 fours and 1 six. In this way, Team India scored 161/7 in the prescribed 20 overs. In response, the Australian team could only score 150 runs in 20 overs. India won this match by 11 runs. Jadeja contributed significantly in this success, although he could not bowl because of a head injury.
