In this year’s IPL auction, South African all-rounder Chris Morris became the most expensive player in IPL history. Chris Royce was added to his team by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 16.25 crore. The very next day of the auction, Morris explained why Rajasthan had spent so much money on him. Morris performed brilliantly in a domestic tournament.
