Ponting said, ‘Now we are happy to see the performance behind, it was a good season but we are here to win the IPL and we will do our best. We started well but we failed a little towards the end. But the players played 2 of the 3 very good matches and hopefully we can show our best game in the final.
Ponting said, ‘It doesn’t matter that we lost the matches. Every team has won a few matches, lost a few, but all our losses were in the group and it was very difficult to change the rhythm but the players did it and we are now in the final and I think our best cricket is yet to come.
