The premises being constructed on behalf of the Ecolade Estate are in the hands of Rasi Venture, whose director Khurram Saeed is a big fan of cricket. Saeed said that Melton Council has not approved the name of Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni), popularly known as former Indian cricket legend Rahul Dravid and Captain Cool, for different reasons.

Saeed did not explain the reason for not getting the approval, but he said that the name of Sri Lankan veteran Kumar Sangakkara has also not been allowed by the council. He said that the name of Australian legend Don Bradman was also not approved because there already exists a road in Melbourne to his name.

Saeed said that in this residential complex, roads and streets have also been named after the names of many other foreign cricketers. These include ‘Waugh Street’, ‘Miandad Street’, ‘Ambrose Street’, ‘Sobers Drive’, ‘Kallis Way’, ‘Hadley Street’ and ‘Akram Way’.
