New Delhi Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has expressed happiness over India’s victory over Australia. Famous as the Rawalpindi Express, Akhtar has appreciated the ardent players of Team India in a tremendous way. He has tied the praises of Indian cricketers on his YouTube channel. In the match held in Melbourne, India bundled Australia out for 200 and due to this they got the target of 70 runs to win.
Akhtar said, Team India showed big jigra
Akhtar said, after being dismissed for 36 in the first Test played in Adelaide, the Indian team has made a great comeback in Melbourne. He congratulated Team India and said that he has shown a big jigra. It said on its channel that without Rohit, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Virat and Shami, the Indian team has done well in Melbourne against Australia. According to Shoaib Akhtar, ‘India has hit Australia in such a way as to kill it in a sack.’ Akhtar further said that the Australian team must have been scratching their heads as to what is happening with us. Akhtar said that the Australian players must have been thinking that we had beaten India so badly in the first match and how it happened to us in this match. They must have felt as if someone slaps someone in the dark.

Akhtar praised Rahane’s silence
Akhtar further said, ‘Even without the star players of the team i.e. Rohit, Virat and Shami, the other players have come forward and shown their passion and have won. Akhtar said that the bench strength of the Indian cricket team is also amazing. Akhtar has also praised the performance of team captain Ajinkya Rahane. He said, “Rahane captained with silence and made changes in bowling with silence, but his success is making noise today.”
Team India showed talent in deep crisis
He has also mentioned Mohammad Siraj. He said that Siraj’s father died but he could not see him. He showed his anger and emotion on the ball and took five wickets. Akhtar called Shubman Gill a great batsman of the times and also praised Ravindra Jadeja who played his role in every dimension of the game. He said that the way India lost the first match, it was going to break the spirits but from here the team did not fall but stood up and this was the best thing of this team. Akhtar said that ‘I am proud of the Indian team as a cricketer who has shown his true talent in deep crisis.
