Despite all efforts of the BCCI, the Queensland Government has not given much relaxation to the Quarantine rules to the players of Team India.

Got some relief
A source close to Team India told Zee News that, ‘Team India members have now been allowed to walk on the floor where they are staying. Apart from this, they will also be able to use the gymnasium located in the hotel.
BCCI in contact with Cricket Australia
Both BCCI President Sourav Ganguly and Secretary Jay Shah are in touch with the rights of Cricket Australia. He has been assured that steps will be taken soon to facilitate the player. On Tuesday, Indian players were not allowed to leave the room, while there was no one else other than Team India and support staff in the hotel.

You have to clean yourself
The source told Zee News that, ‘There is no housekeeping staff to clean the room of the team’s players, due to which the cricketers have to take up the task themselves, the Indian cricketers have a swimming pool. (Swimming Pool) also can not go, although it is expected that it will be allowed soon.
Ashwin’s wife in Quarantine
Preity Narayanan (Prithi Narayanan), wife of Team India senior player Ravichandran Ashwin, has posted a picture in which she is saying that she has been quarantine due to the lockdown.

Tension due to increased corona case
In Brisbane, where the players of Team India are staying, the Corona case in the Grand Chancellor Hotel, close to it, is tense. The Queensland Government has allowed only 50 per cent of the audience to attend Gabba.
