New Delhi: The fourth Test of the 5-match Test series between Team India and England is going on. After a flop in the first innings, the Indian team made a tremendous comeback in the second innings. Team India’s captain Virat Kohli batted well in both the innings but failed to convert it into a big score.

Indian captain Virat Kohli scored 50 runs in 96 balls in the first innings. In the second innings, Kohli faced 96 balls and scored 44 runs with the help of 7 fours. He lost his wicket on the ball of spinner Moeen Ali. Let us tell you that Kohli has so far scored 218 runs in 7 innings of 4 matches of this series.
Still Virat created history
Virat Kohli may not have played much in the Test series against England, but he has still done wonders. In fact, Kohli has become the first player in India and the fourth player in the world to complete 2000 runs in SENA (South Africa, England, New Zealand, Australia) as a captain. Earlier this list includes Graeme Smith (2675), Allan Border (2182) and Clive Lloyd (2124) of South Africa, who have been successful in doing this feat in SENA as captain.

Not only this, Virat Kohli has become the third Indian player to score more than 1000 runs in England and Australia. Earlier only Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid were able to do this.

1-1 draw series
The 5-match series between Team India and England is currently tied at 1-1. The first match of this series was a draw due to rain. After which India defeated England in the second Test played at Lord’s. However, in the third Test, England returned and won the match in a one-sided fashion and the series was tied at 1-1. Now both the teams will try to take the lead in the fourth Test.
