Apart from Bumrah, England’s Test captain Joe Root and Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi are also nominated in the men’s section. Bumrah took nine wickets in the first Test. After this, in the second Test, Mohammed Shami shared an 89-run partnership for the ninth wicket, which proved decisive in India’s victory.

Root has rooted three centuries

At the same time, captain Joe Root scored centuries in all three Tests for England and reached the top of the rankings for Test batsmen. Root has been in amazing form in the entire Test series against India so far. So far in every Test, Root has put his whole life in helping his team win. At the same time, Afridi took 18 wickets in two Tests against West Indies, he took ten wickets in the second Test and became the fourth youngest Pakistan bowler to achieve this feat.
