The Indian player, who was ranked first in the world ranking, gave a tough competition to the Danish player at the beginning of the match. After coming back, he made the score 3-3, 4-4, 5-5 and then 12-11 but after that he lost the momentum. In the second game, he went down 12-4 in a very short time to draw 4-4 and then failed to make a comeback.
