Abu Dhabi: Sunrisers Hyderabad won their first win of IPL 2020 by defeating Delhi Capitals by 15 runs at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium on Tuesday. After the victory, captain David Warner praised the bowlers’ performance in the death overs. In the last over, Rishabh Pant of Delhi, Shimran Hetmyer and Marcus Stoinis could not score runs in front of Hyderabad bowlers.
After the match, Warner said, ‘Mitchell Marsh got injured due to ill luck and we were thinking how to take some overs now. The young Abhishek Sharma bowled well. We have worked hard on the bowling of Death Overs. Finally bowled well in the overs and today all did well. I am happy with the way we ran between the wickets. When we were not getting boundaries, we were running fast.
