Dubai: RCB’s young batsman Devdutt Padikkal has said that after two and a half weeks of practice before the Indian Premier League 2020 (IPL 2020), he is feeling better now. RCB will face Sunrisers Hyderabad in the first match on 21 September.

Pdikkal said on RCB’s YouTube channel, ‘It feels good to be back in rhythm. We practiced a lot on the net and now feel better than what was before the lockdown.’
The Karnataka batsman scored the most runs in the Vijay Hazare and Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. The 20-year-old batsman has a strike rate of over 175 and averages 64 in 12 matches.

Captain Virat Kohli is impressed by him. Regarding the weather here, he said, ‘We are adapting accordingly. We have also kept some sessions of running and will continue to work on fitness.
The IPL is going to start from September 19, this tournament will continue till September 10. Virat Kohli’s RCB team has not named a single IPL title so far.
