According to local media, Raza has completed the mandatory quarantine period and is practicing with Virat Kohli’s team. Left-arm spinner Raza has been called at the behest of bowling coach Sridharan Sriram.

Raza said, ‘I was introduced to the players and support staff. Nice to hear about you from Shri (Shri Ram). You can imagine that a player like AB came to you and said that thanks for our help, I cannot believe it.

Raza has been part of the UAE team since 2014, having played his first ODI against Scotland on 1 February 2014. He has played 31 ODIs and 24 T20 Internationals for the UAE so far. Karthik, on the other hand, is a leg-spinner who has played 4 ODIs for the UAE.

Significantly, the RCB team has not named the IPL title even once. However, this year, cricket fans hope that Virat Kohli’s team will definitely perform in the UAE.
