IPL 2020: Why Rohit Sharma has come to UAE with 9 bats, know the real reason

Abu Dhabi: Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma has said that when he plays in the shortest format of cricket, his bat only lasts for a month or two. Hitman also told how many bats he is keeping with him during IPL 2020.

Rohit said, my bat lasts for a long time, ‘according to me for 4 to 5 months, but it depends on what format I am playing. When you are playing T20 you need to hit the ball more. Have had to practice with many new types of shots, it is very possible that your bat is broken.

In the video of Mumbai Indians, Rohit said, “Especially now it is a difficult time, we do not know if the courier will arrive on time or not, so I have brought 9 bats with me.” Rohit Sharma played a brilliant 80-run knock against Kolkata Knight Riders at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi, thus registering his first win in Mumbai this season and UAE.

The Mumbai Indians team lost the first match of IPL 2020 by 5 wickets to Chennai Super Kings. When some of the matches of IPL 2014 were played in the UAE, Rohit’s army was defeated in every match here. Now the next match of Mumbai Indians will be against Dubai RCB team Virat Kohli on September 28 in Dubai.
