New Delhi: The personal life of Jasprit Bumrah, who is making a splash in international cricket, has not been that simple. Jasprit Bumrah lives in Ahmedabad with his mother and family. His father passed away when he was just 7 years old. Bumrah’s grandfather Santok Singh Bumrah was a resident of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand, he used to earn his living by driving an auto and lived in a rented house there.

Bumrah’s grandfather Santokh Singh once lived in Batwa Industrial State in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and used to travel in expensive cars and airplanes. He had three factories in Ahmedabad, JK Industries, JK Machinery Echoment Pvt Ltd and JK Echoment. Apart from this, her two sisters were also concerned Gurunanak Engineering Works and Ajit Fabricator.

In the year 2001, after the death of Jasprit Bumrah’s father and his son due to illness, Santokh Singh broke down and the factories were also surrounded by financial crisis. After which Jasprit Bumrah’s mother was separated from the house due to family problems. Today Jasprit Bumrah has become a big cricketer of the country.
Grandfather’s body was found near Sabarmati river
In December 2017, the body of Bumrah’s grandfather Santokh Singh Bumrah was recovered in Ahmedabad. According to the police, the body of elderly Santokh Singh was found between Gandhi Bridge and Dadhichi Bridge of Sabarmati river. 84-year-old Santokh Singh had come to Ahmedabad from Uttarakhand to meet Jaspreet. Santokh Singh stayed at the house of his daughter and Jaspreet’s aunt Ravinder Kaur in Ahmedabad. According to Ravinder Kaur, Jaspreet’s mother did not allow her son to meet her grandfather. She did not allow anyone to meet her. Santokh Singh and Jaspreet’s mother reportedly have a rift due to which they were not allowed to meet Jaspreet.
Bumrah is a successful cricketer today
Bumrah’s aunt claimed that Bumrah’s mother did not allow her father to meet her grandson. Let us tell you that Rajender Kaur had said that Jasprit Bumrah’s mother had also gone to meet her in the school where she teaches. At the time when Jasprit Bumrah’s grandfather’s body was found, Bumrah was playing a match for Team India in Dharamsala. Bumrah made his international debut in 2016 and soon he became the leading bowler of the Indian team due to his ability to bowl yorkers consistently in his last overs and there was no looking back since then.
