Abu Dhabi: Mumbai Indians (MI) offensive batsman Kieron Pollard said that his relationship with Pandya Brothers (Krunal and Hardik) is beyond cultural boundaries and explosive batting is one of their similarities that they share among themselves.
Defending champion Mumbai Indians managed to reach the final of IPL 2020 for the sixth time. All three players played an important role in this campaign.
In the video released on the Twitter handle of Mumbai Indians (MI), the veteran West Indies player said, ‘As I always say, we have Hardik Pandya and then a more sensible Pandya (Krunal). The relationship that we have outside the ground, we take it to the cricket field.
This all-rounder said, ‘In the matter of helping others, we share the same emotions as we are’.
According to Kieron Pollard, he and Hardik are the same in terms of confidence and self-support.
Both big shots are known for their ability to hit sixes.
Mumbai Indians vice-captain Pollard (Kieron Pollard) said, ‘They (Pandya brothers) are of an open mind and are known to keep their point. The way Hardik supports himself and the confidence he shows is very similar to me.
Let me tell you that Pollard has now scored 259 runs in the current season of IPL, while Hardik has scored 278 runs, which includes 25 sixes.
