New controversy started in Pakistan cricket! Players are unhappy with the salary of the board

New Delhi: Every day we hear some controversy from Pakistan’s cricket team. Either Pakistani players clash with each other, or the players of this team get their name in match-fixing every day. Now a ruckus has started in Pakistani cricket regarding a new thing.

Players made this appeal

Pakistan cricket team captain Babar Azam, wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan, all-rounder Hasan Ali and fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi have demanded an increase in match fees from their cricket board. These players believe that the board gives them less money in match fees. In such a situation, all these star players have now appealed to their board.

These players are included in Grade ‘A’

According to the report published in the website ‘Cricket Pakistan’, these four players told a senior board official that their match fees should be revised. All four were recently placed in the ‘A’ grade in the contract. According to the report, these players are unhappy that their Test, ODI and T20 match fees have not been increased in the new central contract.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had handed over central contracts to 20 players in different categories on the basis of performance in July for the 2021-22 season. In this, however, the match fee was kept the same for all classes.

Indian players get crores of rupees

On the other hand, if we talk about BCCI, then it gives crores of rupees annually to its players. Indian captain Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah are included in BCCI’s A+ Central contract, these three players get Rs 7 crore annually. Whereas Grade A players get Rs 5 crore.
