Told that I will break the record of fastest fifty or century
Actually before the 13th season of IPL started, he was asked what he would like to do in this IPL season. In response to this question, Puran had said that he would like to score the fastest fifty or the fastest century of IPL this season. On Thursday, Puran completed his fifty in just 17 balls, which is the fourth fastest in the history of the league.
Applied the fastest fifty of this season
Puran scored 77 runs off just 37 balls, completing his 50 runs in only 17 balls. This is the new record for the fastest half-century in this IPL season. Before Puran, the record for making the fastest Pachasa this season was in the name of Rajasthan Royals youngster Sanju Samson, who scored just 19 in the match against Chennai Super Kings on 22 September. He had completed half-century in the ball.
Flood of runs put in samad’s over
During his tremendous innings, Puran inflicted the most havoc on the young leg-spinner Abdul Samad of Jammu and Kashmir, playing for Sunrisers Hyderabad, whose only 28 runs were lost in the only over. In this over, Puran scored 6,4,6,6,6,0 off Samad’s balls. Puran completed his fifty with a six off the fourth ball of the same over. Puran had hit six sixes in his maiden 50 runs.
