Pakistan Cricket Board asks ECB for Zimbabwe series


Karachi: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sought the advice of the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to create a biologically safe environment in the upcoming international series against Zimbabwe. England hosted Pakistan in a biologically safe environment.

Zimbabwe’s team is to reach Pakistan on 20 October, after which the PCB is expected to organize T20 and One Day International International matches in Multan and Rawalpindi.

The PCB source said, “Both these sites are under consideration as both will host the National T20 Championship in a biologically safe environment amid restrictions due to the Kovid-19 epidemic.”
