Kolkata: Snehasish Ganguly, the elder brother of former Team India captain and current BCCI President Sourav Ganguly, was admitted to a private hospital in the early hours of Saturday. Sources say that there is a problem in his stomach.
Stomach infection complaints
Hospital sources told PTI, ‘His stomach infection and his corona virus test result have come negative.’ Significantly, Snehasish Ganguly is the Secretary of the Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB).

Sourav Ganguly is currently in London
Snehasish Ganguly had an angioplasty this year and sources close to him said that he vomited on Friday night and was taken to the hospital at 3 am as a precautionary measure. Sourav Ganguly is currently in London with his wife Dona.

Snehasish Ganguly, 53, has been a domestic cricketer. He has played cricket for Bengal for 10 years. Former left-handed batsman Snehasish scored 2534 runs in 59 first-class matches. He scored 275 runs in 18 List A matches.
