Michael Clarke said that Smith could withdraw his name from the 14th season of the IPL, and that he would excuse injury during the IPL after being sold for a lower price.

Hopefully I will help the team to achieve better results than last year.
This star batsman was associated with Rajasthan Royals in 2019 and was his captain in the UAE in 2020. The Royals, however, finished last. Smith has scored 2333 runs in 95 matches at an average of 35.34 in the IPL.
