New Delhi: Team India’s all-rounder Hardik Pandya’s performance in the T20 World Cup has been very poor. This player has not bowled for a long time and this player has been a constant flop with the bat as well. In such a situation, it is constantly being raised that some other player should be included in the team instead of Hardik. Now one such demand has also been raised by Team India’s veteran cricketer Sunil Gavaskar.

These two players should be thrown out

Veteran cricketer Sunil Gavaskar has replaced in-form Hardik Pandya and Bhuvneshwar Kumar as two players for Team India’s upcoming ICC T20 World Cup Super 12 match against New Zealand in Dubai. India started their T20 World Cup campaign with a terrifying 10-wicket loss to Pakistan. Now the Men-in-Blue will have to win every match in the Super 12 stage to qualify for the semi-finals.

This player should be selected in place of Hardik

Gavaskar advised Team India to choose Ishan Kishan over Hardik if the all-rounder is not fit to bowl. He also suggested the inclusion of Shardul Thakur in place of Bhuvneshwar. Gavaskar said, ‘If Hardik Pandya is not bowling because of that shoulder injury, then he is Ishan Kishan in great form in the match against Pakistan, so I will definitely consider him ahead of Pandya. And perhaps, you can think of Shardul Thakur in place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar. But if you change too much, you will show the opposition that you are nervous.’

Pandya flopped badly

Both Pandya and Bhuvi flopped with bat and ball in their opening game. Pandya scored just 11 runs in 8 balls after batting at number seven, while Bhuvneshwar took wickets for 25 runs in his 3 overs. Hardik Pandya has become the biggest weakness of Team India at this time. Everyone expects from Hardik that he will come down the order and bat stormy and turn the match in India’s stand. But his bat has been very silent and far from hitting sixes, he cannot even last long on the pitch.
