Gold Coast: Ben Stokes, one of the best all-rounders in the world, joined the England cricket team for the first time after a break of 6 months for the first training session at the Metricon Stadium in Gold Coast, Queensland on Thursday.

England’s team suffered a defeat against New Zealand in the ICC T20 World Cup semi-final on Wednesday, after which the rest of the players selected for the Ashes will join the team. Players like Jos Buttler, Jonny Bairstow, David Malan, Chris Woakes and Mark Wood will come to Australia from Dubai.
