Tokyo: The Tokyo Olympics started on 23 July amid the threat of Corona virus. After a long wait of a year, there was a spectacular opening ceremony at the National Stadium. In view of the epidemic, small parties from all countries participated in the march past, in which only 18 players from India were involved.

Although the Olympic Games are held every year in 4 years, but due to Coronavirus, the Tokyo Olympics were postponed by a year. The 17-day long Tokyo Olympics will feature 339 events from 33 different sports. In which 127 players from India will participate in a total of 84 medal events.
Indian players will show
On the second day of Tokyo Olympics i.e. July 24, many events for Indian sports fans, in which many veteran players will try their hand for medals. In archery, Deepika Kumari is in competition with Apurvi Chandela and Elavenil Valarivan in shooting. Apart from this, Hockey India will compete with New Zealand.
