New Delhi: Delhi Capitals (DC) fast bowler Avesh Khan (Avesh Khan) went on to star in IPL 2021. Even though IPL 14 was stopped in the middle, but Avesh took his place in the hearts of all in a few matches. He is an uncapped bowler but the big batsmen had succumbed to his performance recently.
Virat had said this
Avesh Khan has revealed that he (Virat) had appreciated him when he took the wickets of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Indian team captain Virat Kohli (Virat Kohli). The 24-year-old bowler played a key role in leading his team to the top of the points table. Apart from Kohli, he also took the wicket of Chennai Super Kings captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni (MS Dhoni).
Charge met Kohli after the match
Avesh Khan said, ‘When Delhi had a match against Bangalore, I spoke to Kohli. He told me that you bowled well and you have to keep doing this continuously. Avesh became the second bowler to jointly take the highest wicket in IPL 14 along with Chris Morris of Rajasthan Royals.
Charge was happy after dismissing Dhoni
This season of the IPL was postponed after Corona’s case appeared in the bio bubble. Avesh Khan said, ‘Dhoni and Kohli are the legend of Indian cricket. I enjoyed dismissing both batsmen. For a budding player like me, it was a moment to celebrate.
Let us know that Avesh Khan’s performance in IPL 2021 was amazing and he bowled brilliantly and took 14 wickets in just 7 matches. In the Purple Cap race, he was only behind RCB fast bowler Harshal Patel, who had 17 wickets in 7 matches.
