Hafeez did not like this talk of Rameez and he has retaliated.

Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik have been part of the Pakistan cricket team for a long time. Hafeez had recently done well in the T20 series against England. He scored a brilliant half-century in the second and third T20 matches and helped draw the series. The 39-year-old scored 312 runs in 13 matches of PSL 2020 and became the tournament’s third highest run scorer. He contributed significantly to the Lahore Qalanders in the final.
Talking about Shoaib Malik at the same time, he is currently 38 years old and he is not in good form in international cricket. However, playing for Peshawar Zalmi in Pakistan Super League 2020 (Peshawar Zalmi), he scored 278 runs in 9 matches, including 3 half-centuries. He is the 7th batsman to score the most runs in the 5th season of this tournament.
Rameez Raja has said that, ‘It is the general mindset of Pakistanis that many experienced players are needed to win the match in the World Cup. I understand the importance of experience, but still I believe that there should be enough space for young players to come and perform well. Experience cannot be denied. Similarly, it is not right to live with the help of 37 or 38 years old players when they are not 3 or 4.
Mohammad Hafeez took a dig at Rameez Raja for this comment and said, ‘I am not denying Rameez’s contribution as a player for Pakistan cricket. I respect his views, but I have doubts about his understanding of cricket and his awareness of the game. If you talk to my 12-year-old son, then his understanding of his game is better than Rameez’s brother.
