Asus Zenfone 7 and Zenfone 7 Pro launch with flip camera, these are the features

Asus ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro have been launched by Taiwanese tech giants as their latest smartphone models. Both new Zenfone 7-series smartphones come with a motorized flip camera that is largely similar to last year’s Zenfone 6 aka Asus 6Z, but with an additional sensor. The Zenfone 7 and Zenfone 7 Pro come with a 90 Hz AMOLED display and get 30 watt fast charging. Apart from this, 5G support has also been provided in the new Asus smartphones. However, there is a slight difference in their processors. The ZenFone 7 offers a Snapdragon 865 chipset, while the ZenFone 7 Pro includes the Snapdragon 865+ chipset.

Asus ZenFone 7, ZenFone 7 Pro price, availability

Asus Zenfone 7’s 6 GB + 128 GB storage variant is priced at TWD 21,990 (about Rs 55,700), while the 8 GB + 128 GB storage option will be sold for TWD 23,990 (about Rs 60,100). On the other hand, the Asus Zenfone 7 Pro only gets 8 GB + 256 GB storage configuration, which costs TWD 27,990 (about Rs 71,000). Both Zenfone 7 and Zenfone 7 Pro will soon be available for purchase in Taiwan, although no information has been shared about their global launch.

Asus ZenFone 7 specifications

Dual-SIM (Nano) Asus Zenfone 7 has ZenUI 7 based on Android 10. It has a 6.67-inch full-HD + (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20: 9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The display offers 700 nits peak brightness as well as nitting Gorilla Glass 6 protection. The phone has an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset, which comes equipped with Adreno 650 GPU. It gets LPDDR5 RAM up to 8 GB. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS / A-GPS / NavIC, NFC and USB Type-C ports. There are three microphones that come equipped with Asus’s Noise Canceling Technology. It has stereo speakers.

Asus ZenFone 7 sensors include accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, hall effect, magnetometer and a proximity sensor. In addition, it comes equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone comes with a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 30W fast charging and works with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 4.0 and USB PD standards. The dimensions of the phone are 165.08×77.28×9.6 millimeters and weighing 230 grams.
