Battlegrounds Mobile India pre-registration will start from tomorrow, will get exclusive rewards

The changed Indian form of PUBG Mobile Battlegrounds Mobile India will be available for pre-registration on Google Play from tomorrow i.e. 18th May. The developer shared the news on its website on Friday of last week. PUBG Mobile, which was banned in the country in September 2020, is now coming as Battleground Mobile India and this time the developer of the game is South Korean video game company KRAFTON. The game is being introduced with a new privacy policy and some gameplay rules, which also take care of younger players. The company has not yet shared any information regarding the release date of the game.

KRAFTON stated through a post on its website that Battlegrounds Mobile India will be available for pre-registration on Google Play from May 18. The developer also shared that those who pre-register will also get some rewards. As mentioned, Crafton still hasn’t shared the game’s release date. However, recently the developer teased a map that would be present in the game. This appears to be PUBG Mobile’s popular 4×4 map Sanhok. However, it may be that its name is something other than Sanhok.

Last week, Battlegrounds Mobile India was announced by Crafton and the game’s privacy policy has also been confirmed to be updated. According to the new policy, players under the age of 18 must obtain consent from their parents or guardians to gain the ability to play the game. Parents or guardians who feel that their child has provided personal information without their consent can contact the developers and request to remove the information from the system.

Battlegrounds Mobile India will have similar gameplay and some other similarities to PUBG Mobile, but will also have some India specific features added to it. It will come with an exclusive in-game event, which will feature new outfits and features. The developer says the game will begin with its own eSports ecosystem, which will include tournaments and leagues. Battleground Mobile India will be exclusive to India.
