LG Wing launched in India with rotating screen and pop-up selfie camera, know price

LG Wing has been launched as the latest smartphone of South Korean tech company in India. The LG Wing has been launched with a unique dual screen design, one of which is a swivel screen that rotates 90 degrees. This smartphone also features proprietary software, which brings swivel mode. Due to the new form factor, the user will now have basic mode and swibhal mode. Regarding the swivel mode, the company says that the front of the phone is completely rotated in 90 degrees. After which the main screen enters the landscape mode. This provides a wide-screen experience. Users can do some other work on the secondary screen along with watching videos on the primary screen. The LG Wing was launched globally last month, while it was launched in South Korea only a few weeks ago. This smartphone is the first device introduced under the Explorer project of South Korean company LG, which aims to introduce new usability concept in the smartphone market. LG has also launched the LG Velvet Dual Screen smartphone with it.

LG Wing price in India, availability details

The base 128 GB variant of LG Wing is priced at Rs 69,990 in India. Talking about the color option, the LG Wing phone comes in Aurora Gray and Illusion Sky colors and its sale in India will start from November 9.

The LG Wing was introduced in South Korea at a price of KRW 1,098,900 (about Rs 71,600). The 256 GB variant of the phone has not been launched in India.

LG Wing specifications

Dual SIM LG Wing runs on Q OS based on Android 10. It has a 6.8-inch full-HD + (1,080×2,460 pixels) p-oiled fullvision panel. This is the primary screen. The secondary screen is 3.9 inches. It is a full-HD + (1,080×1,240 pixels) G-oiled panel. The primary screen is of 20.5: 9 aspect ratio. The pixel density is 395 ppi.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor is used in LG Wing. 8 GB RAM has been provided for Jugalbandi.

The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup. The primary camera is 64 megapixels, with f / 1.8 aperture. The secondary camera is 13 megapixels, with f / 1.9 ultra wide angle lens. Apart from this, a third camera of 12 megapixels has been given. It has a Hexa Motion Stabilizer. The LG Wing has the Gimbal Motion Camera feature due to the dual ultra-wide angle lens.

The LG Wing has a 32-megapixel pop-up sensor for selfie and video calling, with an f / 1.9 lens.

LG Wing has two options for inbuilt storage – 128 GB and 256 GB. Both variants will support microSD cards up to 2 TB. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS / A-GPS and USB Type-C port. The smartphone is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

LG has given 4,000 mAh battery in this phone. This Quick Charge supports 4.0+ 25W fast charging. The dimensions of the phone are 169.5×74.5×10.9mm and the weight is 260 grams.
