The phone is listed with Xiaomi M200722 on the Geekbench website. This model number is associated with Redmi Note 9T. Earlier, it was listed on Thailand’s NBTC certification site and Malaysia’s SRIM site. Geekbench listings indicate that this phone will work on Android 10 software and will get 4 GB RAM. Let me tell you, the Chinese model of Redmi Note 9 5G comes with 6 GB and 8 GB RAM options. The 4GB RAM option of the phone has not been introduced in China. It will be interesting to see if the global model of the phone will be more competitively priced. But the listing of Redmi Note 9T on Geekbench can be a test version, and Xiaomi can launch this phone with updated software.
Talking about the processor, the upcoming Redmi Note 9T Geekbench is listed with the ARM MT6853T processor. This is the same processor, which was listed on Geekbench with Redmi Note 95G. This indicates that the Redmi Note 9T smartphone can be equipped with MediaTek Dimension 800U processor, just like the Chinese model Redmi Note 9 5G.
Other than that, nothing much comes out of the Geekbench listing. There is also no confirmation by Xiaomi about the launch of Redmi Note 9T. However, the listing of all the certification sites and now the listing on Geekbench indicate that the company may launch the Redmi Note 9T smartphone as soon as possible.
