Microsoft Surface Go 2 and Surface Book 3 launched in India, know price and specification

Microsoft Surface Go 2 tablet and Microsoft Surface Book 3 detachable 2 in 1 laptop have been launched in India. Both of these were introduced earlier in the month of May, but no information was available about its Indian availability at that time. Microsoft Surface Go 2 tablet is equipped with 8th generation Intel Core M processor in which you get up to 10 hours of battery life. At the same time, in the premium Microsoft Surface Book 3 you get 13 and 15 inch size options, apart from this, it is equipped with Intel’s 10th generation Ice Lake Core i5 and i7 processors.

Microsoft Surface Go 2, Microsoft Surface Book 3 price in India

The Microsoft Surface Go 2 is priced at Rs 47,599 in India (Intel Core M3). At the same time, its high-end 8 GB + 128 GB storage model costs Rs 57,999 (Intel Pentium Gold) and Rs 63,499 (Intel Core M3). Microsoft Surface Go 2 has been launched in Platinum, Black, Poppy Red and Ice Blue color options.

On the other hand, Microsoft Surface Book 3, as we mentioned, is available in two size options, that is 13 inches and 15 inches. Its 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 10th generation Ice Lake Core i5 processor costs Rs 1,56,299. At the same time, the price of 16 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and Core i7 model is Rs 1,95,899. The price of 32 GB RAM, 512 GB storage and Core i7 processor variants is Rs 2,37,199. It also has a 1 TB storage variant, which costs Rs 2,59,299.

The 15-inch variant of Microsoft Surface Book 3 is priced at Rs 2,20,399, in which you will get 16 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and i7 processor configuration. Its 32 GB RAM and 512 GB storage model costs Rs 2,66,499 and 1 TB storage model costs Rs 2,86,199. Microsoft has also made available the Nvidia Quadra RTX 3000 option for commercial use. This premium model comes with a Core i7 processor, 32 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage, priced at Rs 3,40,399. Surface Book 3 is available for commercial customers only in India. Commercial customers can contact the local commercial reseller for its availability.

Microsoft Surface Book 3 specifications

Microsoft Surface Book 3 was first introduced in May with a 13-inch (3,000×2,000 pixels) and 15-inch (3,240×2,160 pixels) display. It is equipped with quad-core 10th-Gen Intel Core i5-1035G7 and i7-1065G7 processors, with up to 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. It works on Window 10 Pro and will get Microsoft 365 apps preloaded. The larger model is integrated with the NVIDIA Quadro RTX 3000 graphics, while the smaller model has the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.

The 13-inch and 15-inch models feature Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, two USBB 3.1 3.1 Gen2 Type-A ports, a USB 3.1 Gen2 Type-C port, two Surface Connect ports, SDXC card slot, 5-megapixel front camera, 8-megapixel The rear camera, far-field stereo microphone and full backlit keyboard are included.

The 13-inch model offers up to 15.5 hours of battery life, and the 15-inch version will give you 17.5 hours of battery life. The 13-inch model weighs 1.64 kg while the 15-inch model weighs 1.9 kg, including a detachable tablet and keyboard.

The Microsoft Surface Go 2 tablet has a 10.5-inch screen, which has a resolution of 1920×1280 pixels. With this, its pixel density is 220ppi, 3: 2 aspect ratio and 1500: 1 contrast ratio. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection has been given in Microsoft Surface Go 2. The tablet has the option of Intel Pentium Gold 4425Y and 8th-Gen Intel Core M3. This tablet has a 5 megapixel front facing camera and 8 megapixel rear-facing autofocus camera with 1080p HD recording support. Along with this, it has Dolby Audio Premium and dual far-field studio mic support with 2 W stereo speakers.

The Surface Go 2 features an integrated kickstand with magnesium bogey. Apart from this it includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, e-SIM support, single nano-SIM tray, GPS, A-GPS, USB Type-C port, Microsoft’s proprietary surface connector for accessories, headphone socket, microSD card slot and Dual studio microphone is provided. The Surface Go 2 weighs 544 grams without a keyboard cover.
