Under this service, Ola will facilitate both pick-up and delivery. You can take advantage of this new service through the Ola app. However, currently Ola’s service is limited to Bangalore city only.
Bhavish Aggarwal, the co-founder of Ola Cabs Tweet Through this, announced this new service and also informed that in the coming weeks this service will be extended to other cities of India as well. For this facility, customers will have to deposit a security refundable amount of Rs 5,000.
Aggarwal says, “We hope that this initiative will prove beneficial for helping people in these difficult times and it will help in reducing the pain and anxiety of the affected people.”
Significantly, for this mission, special training is being given to Ola cab drivers, so that they can help others in their difficult times with self-protection.
