OnePlus 8T will be launched in India on October 14, OnePlus gave information

OnePlus 8T will be launched in India on 14 October. The Chinese company announced this through a press note on Monday. It is worth noting that just a day earlier, after the microsite went live on Amazon, OnePlus 8T was hinted at launching on the same date. OnePlus 8T will come in the smartphone market as an upgrade of OnePlus 8 which was launched in April. The smartphone is reported to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor and it will run out of box Android 11. We can expect some changes in the design level compared to the OnePlus 8 in the OnePlus 8T.

OnePlus 8T India launch details

OnePlus 8T will be launched in India via a live stream on 14 October at 7.30 pm. Amazon has indicated its availability by doing microsite live. However, this handset will also be available in and offline retail stores.

Earlier speculations were being made that OnePlus’s next flagship smartphone OnePlus 8T could be launched in India in September, just like the OnePlus 7T which was launched on September 26 last year. But the launch date has been postponed due to the corona epidemic this year.

OnePlus 8T specifications (expected)

Recently, specifications were leaked with the phone’s renders, according to which, the phone will have a 6.55-inch display with full-HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. In the previous report, it was claimed that this phone will be equipped with Snapdragon 865+ processor, with which two configurations will be given, one 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and the other 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. Apart from this, it was also claimed that the phone will have a 48-megapixel primary camera, along with a 16-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. At the same time, finally a 2 megapixel portrait sensor will also be a part of this camera setup. For selfie and video calling, the OnePlus 8T phone will have a 32 megapixel camera, which will be located on the top left of the screen with a hole-punch cutout.

Apart from this, it is believed that the phone will have 65 Watt fast charging support with a 4,500 mAh battery. This phone can work on Android 11 based OxygenOS 11.
